Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received. Orders are shipped via USPS. The estimated arrival time (from the date the order is shipped) is 3-7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to Covid-19, for sanitary reasons and to ensure the health & safety of our team, we will not be accepting refunds or exchanges at this time. If there are any issues with your order please contact us at info@sensationalsmith.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by USPS. In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, a claim must be filed with USPS to receive a refund. 
Discount Codes & Transactions 
We have no way to alter orders or apply discounts after transactions are complete. 
Jewelry Care
All costume jewelry will eventually fade over time. We recommend keeping your jewelry safe from water, lotions and oils. Hair products, make-up and the natural oil from your skin can cause tarnishing so be sure to wipe clean after wear with a dry cloth to extend the life of your pieces.
